In HyperActive 1, my dynasty team is still being refined after taking over the squad two years ago. I have added plenty of young talent, but there is work still to be done. This week I executed two smaller trades on the back-end of the roster, both involving players I recently acquired.
Before Week 1, I traded away Jarvis Landry for Donte Moncrief, Brandon Coleman, 2017 2nd (you can read about the deal here). Coleman was the last piece of negotiations but Moncrief alone looks like a well-worth acquisition alone a few weeks later.
I do not like what I have seen from the Saints offense and Brandon Coleman looks far closer to the stiff mover I scouted pre-draft than the riser from many 2015 offseason blurbs. Plus this is an offense which cannot feed Brandin Cooks, good luck anyone else in the passing game (maybe a healthy Spiller has a shot).
So three weeks after acquiring Brandon Coleman as an ancillary piece in the Landry dynasty trade, he is gone. I shopped similar deals around the league and quickly found a deal.
