This series is most accurate for Safeleagues (Superflex, TE Premium) with their initial waiver wire on June 10th. This is a quality working list for any waiver wire run during the summer, however, at least until training camp opens.
The criteria used for the player list at each position is a six-league sample from Safeleagues, and every player is available in one of the leagues. Three of them, I am an owner with the remaining three leagues; I have no influence on available players.
