Values of the Week
Ryan Fitzpatrick – $10,600 (@ DAL)
Not too many values have been better than Fitzmagic over the past few weeks scoring an average of 27.6 points.  If he continues this pace he could close to triple his his value and you won’t have to pay for a top tier quarterback.

Cameron Artis-Payne – $6,000 (@ NYG)
J-Stew has had a good run this year and we all knew the injuries would almost certainly catch up with him.  CAP is a very talented running back and has an opportunity to play against a run defense which was just gashed by Lamar Miller.  Other running backs with Carolina have a chance to eat into CAP’s playing time, but do not have his ability.

Alfred Blue – $7,400 (@ IND)
Blue is a hard-charging running back in the vein of Blount who was able to gash the Colts for a great game earlier this year.  If you want to afford the top wide receivers this week you will need to find value at different positions and Blue is a great pivot off of the more expensive runners.

Ted Ginn Jr. – $9,100 (vs NYG)
I feel dirty writing this down and I urge everyone to keep an open mind of this not being a fluke.  The Panthers need a wide receiver to step up and take pressure from Greg Olsen and Ginn is able to stretch the field like few others can in the NFL.
I recommend Ginn in tournaments.

Michael Floyd – $8,700 (@ PHI)
I am not sure why Floyd is often such a forgotten man.  Putting up over 20 points in four out of his last five games, Michael Floyd is a great value this week for cash lineups.

Richard Rodgers – $8,000 (@ OAK)
One of the leagues worst defenses against tight ends going against one of the hottest tight ends in the NFL is a great play any week.

Players To Avoid
Russell Wilson – $13,300 (vs CLE)
Everyone this week is going to tell you to fad away from Ben Roethlisberger going against the Broncos defense.  While I agree I also want to fade Wilson against the Browns.  Yes, Wilson could easily put up three or four touchdowns in the first quarter, but I could easily see the starters sitting in the second half of this game and leaving a lot of points out on the field.

LeSean McCoy – $12,000 (@ WAS)
There will be no game more emotional for McCoy than the one he just played against PHI.  Coming off of this game Shady will be running low on gas against a Washington defense whose strength is against the run.

Devonta Freeman – $14,100 (@ JAX)
Very few running backs have ever had the stretch run similar to what Freeman had earlier this season and his value is still riding those numbers.  Freeman is still a great running back, but the Jags are playing good rush defense and a 30-point game is not likely.

Antonio Brown – $16,300 (vs DEN)
This Broncos defense is legit and no matter how good the player is we still have to look at how harassed Big Ben will be and how little room to work Brown will have against either Harris or Talib.

Gren Olsen – $13,000 (@ NYG)
The tight end position is filled with value this week and paying up is not something I can recommend to anyone unless you are trying for a very contrarian lineup.  With the ability to save $2,000 just by going down to Reed or saving almost $5,000 by going down to Thomas there is just too much value at this position to pay up!

Stack of the Week

Kirk Cousins ($10,200) + Jordan Reed ($11,000) = $21,200 (vs BUF)
This duo is on par with Delanie Walker and Mariota this year.  Reed is playing like a wide receiver and other teams are still treating him like a tight end.

Carson Palmer ($13,300) + Michael Floyd ($8,700) + John Brown ($9,800) = $31,800 (@ PHI)
I want what I can get going against this PHI defense as I can.  The one thing I will say is going “naked” Palmer may be the better way to go or going “naked” Bortles with these wide receivers to get a discount at the position and still allow exposure to this game.
