NFL Combine

With Derrick Henry officially weighed in for the 2016 NFL Combine, an eye-popping 247 pounds, he joins the historical oversized running back list. Only 12 of my 750+ running backs in the database since 1999 tipped the scales at 240 pounds or more. Henry basically weighs what Eric Ebron did two years ago…at tight end.

I love Mike Mayock’s point about Henry lacking lateral agility and being an oversized target for NFL defenders.
