Social Media has so much information and so many good Twitter questions are being put out there and then the advice is missed and lost forever in the Twittersphere. The goal of this weekly column will be to point out key Tweets each week that our UTH staff have answered so that you can really dive into everyday strategy questions that the UTH Staff sees on Twitter.

Age insulation out weighs a propensity for injury, but not by a massive margin. Sadly, Calvins age insulation is toast, & injuries continue
— SEA Nate (@AnOutragedJew) June 1, 2015
Such a massive topic here that all dynasty owners really need to take a firm stance on before building their teams. One idea that I have been trying to wrap my mind around is that a player’s value is what they can offer your team in the future and not what they have already done. Let me write that again and bold it so that it can sink in A PLAYER’S VALUE IS WHAT THEY CAN OFFER YOUR TEAM IN THE FUTURE AND NOT WHAT THEY HAVE ALREADY DONE. What value does Calvin Johnson, Andre Johnson, Matt Forte, or other aging players hold on my teams? Yes they are all very productive players and all have a lot to offer in 2015, but what do they have to offer beyond 2015? Age insulation is no longer there and all of these players have suffered a number of injuries over their careers. Yes, they all have name cache and value, but what are the odds that Antonio Brown outscores Brandin Cooks over the next 7 years? Cooks will be 28 at that time and Antonio Brown will be 33.

Just received a trade offer for Donte Moncrief. A late round 3 pick. Stay medicated, my friend. pic.twitter.com/DbZoehrwp0

Oh Donte Moncrief. You are such a hot button item for the fantasy community. The UTHers love your youth, physicality, situation, and potential. Everyone else hates your short-term situation and that is about it.
This is a perfect example of someone going fishing on your roster. They want to see if you are down on Donte Moncrief with the drafting of Phillip Dorsett or if you want to sell Davante Adams since Randall Cobb resigned. The UTH approach to fantasy football requires patience and going all in. If you were to take a UTH squad mid draft and start buying aging veterans you not be able to keep the clear team vision that you started with when you put the team together.
Know your team, know what you want to build, and exercise extreme patience when putting together a UTH squad
