It is officially the NFL off-season as we close the doors on 2014. Many of you are probably already looking ahead at the incoming rookie class and weighing it vs the roster cuts you must make to provide space for all these future players. This is the situation I myself was in, and then an interesting trade offer came my way from another owner in my league. He is in a position to almost fully re-build his dynasty team whereas I myself am not as I have built a very young, competitive roster. If anything really I am in a “win now” mode and that is why the offer peaked my interest.
The Offer
A text message arrives on my phone this last Monday and here is how it reads: “I need to make a move before it is too late. Do you want Marshawn Lynch?”. Do I want Marshawn Lynch? Of course I want Marshawn Lynch but I also understand all the potential pit-falls that surround the man known as “BeastMode”.
