The Jacksonville running game got a big upgrade with the hire of Doug Marrone as their head coach on January 9, 2017. Marrone served as the interim head coach for the final two weeks of the 2016 season after the Jaguars fired Gus Bradley. With Marrone comes Offensive Coordinator Nathaniel Hackett. Hackett served as offensive coordinator for Marrone at Syracuse, and then for two seasons with the Buffalo Bills.
