One of my stronger rosters is the result of a 2013 startup draft in a 12-team standard PPR dynasty league. Roster improvement is never complete, however, as the back-end of an already-strong roster can always be stronger. Package up and consolidation deals are paramount to improving after the initial year or two of a dynasty league.
