In Part 1, the league settings and Round 1 were discusses as the devy league kicked off. Now, in Part 2, building a core is the focus of this 14-team, deep college-only draft.

Round 2

I miss out on De’Runnya Wilson at 16 overall. My biggest decision at 19 overall came between JuJu Smith (USC receiver) and Malachi Dupre (LSU receiver). There were pipe dreams that Dupre would make it back around to 38 overall, so I took Smith. The USC passing game is wide open for production and Smith is a quality prospect with an already-thick build. Smith fits the criteria of a good NCAA league outlook and an NFL outlook in a few years.

Previously mentioned Rashard Higgins, Malachi Dupre, and Mike Williams (Clemson WR) were all off the board before the end of Round 2.
