Chris Conley was not even in the projection model until I saw his name on the 2015 NFL Combine invite list for wide receivers. And why would he? Conley underperformed by age until 2014 at Georgia, finally getting to baseline market share as a 21-year-old. He averaged less than 40 yards per game in 49 career college games.
